Lot Information

Lot 1

Remove and replace existing felt roof coverings to St Marys Primary School, please note the specification has based on IKO Mach One specification but similar systems will be considered. Existing rainwater downpipe, linings, etc are to be fully inspected and repaired where required. In Addition full inspection of the existing concrete deck and perimeter upstands are to be carried out by representatives of Dundee City Council and Roofing Supplier to identify any defects and repairs.
