Moray Council wish to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure the necessary planning consents for three regenerative projects within Cooper Park. The team will be required to prepare and submit a design and costing for each element including associated infrastructure and landscaping, with supporting information and reports required for the planning application to ensure consent is granted.
