Award of Scottish Government - Interim IT Staff Services - Project Support Co-ordinator
Notice Description
* The Programme Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting Programme and Project Managers in the day to day running of each function to ensure a high quality service is provided across the Programme.Proactively engage, communicate and collaborate credibly with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gain updates on project actions, risks and issues, and update the relevant documentation with updates to RAG statuses, risk mitigations, and additional commentary.Develop and maintain a helicopter understanding of the policy areas within the ARE EU Exit Programme and armed with this will become the first point of contact for programme enquiries.Be responsible for creating, analysing and reviewing formal documentation such as RAID Logs, completing assurance checks and acting as a critical friend to provide suggestions and guidance as required.Assist in the maintenance of formal Programme Management documentation, guidance, tools and management reports owned by the team ensuring their alignment to Programme requirements as it moves through its lifecycle.Play a proactive role in gathering updates and compiling programme and project reports for various governance groups in line with the reporting schedule in place.Contribute to the development of a Communication and Engagement Strategy for the Programme, working with the wider programme and project teams to implement it.Play a leading role in building the capability of Project Support Officers within the PMO by sharing knowledge, skills and best practice.
