The vast majority of spend through this contracting will be franking costs and associated consumable costs, rather than lease costs. These have therefore been estimated based on historical usage and are reflected in the total contract value.
Options: SFRS reserve the right to lease additional franking machines, as and when required, over the life of the contract.
