This Prior Information Notice (PIN) seeks market advice and is not linked to a contracting opportunity. The Scottish Procurement & Property Directorate (SPPD) is considering the establishment of an Estates Professional Services Framework. SPPD recognises the importance and value of suppliers having the opportunity to contribute to the development of the procurement strategy on a non-competitive and non-judgemental basis. A request for information questionnaire has been created to gather views from market participants and will be used to inform and develop the procurement strategy. Please complete the request for information by using the online Questback questionnaire. To access this please use the following link below: https://response.questback.com/scottishgovernment/qi4num5tdw The questionnaire will be available for all interested parties until 28 April 2021 at 17:00
