Provision of a Fleet Management Software System.

Lot 1
The Scottish Government requires cloud-based fleet management software for the accurate and efficient management of its vehicle fleet and all associated operations. The software solution will be an existing, proven "off the shelf" system. The solution will have the capacity to enable full and detailed management of a fleet of approximately 250 vehicles including flexible data analysis and the ability to easily integrate data from other sources i.e. fuelling records, vehicle mileages, maintenance records, upload any compliance documents and record fuel/electric card usage and costs. The new fleet management solution will enhance, improve and simplify the management of the Scottish Government vehicle fleet, streamline communications and reporting across the entire estate. All reporting and data analysis functions will provide a full and flexible fleet audit and operational capability.
