Online Market Engagement Event in accordance with Regulation 41 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, as amended. Renfrewshire Council acting as the lead authority to secure insurance cover (excluding broker services) for the Council, Associated Bodies and the Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board, is holding an online market engagement event via Microsoft Teams. This market engagement event will be used to inform this future tender, the decision to use any feedback or comments made during this event rests with Renfrewshire Council. Full details of the insurance requirements and proposed Framework Agreement will be published by Renfrewshire Council in the contract notice and procurement documents. The proposed arrangements include a number of lots being considered e.g. Property Damage including claims handling (above deductible), Terrorism, Combined Liability, Motor Fleet, including claims handling (own damage > deductible, and any third party claims), Computer, Contractors All Risk, Engineering Insurance and Inspection, Group Personal Accident/Travel, Fidelity Guarantee, Medical Malpractice, Marine Craft. Please note that the presentation will be recorded and included with the tender when it is issued on Public Contracts Scotland -Tender (PCS-T) portal. The event will take place on Friday 21st May 2021 - 10am to 12 noon and then individual sessions from 2pm.
