This is a works project to demolish redundant nursery building at (Arthurlie Family Centre) within grounds of existing and operational St Marks Primary School. Building to be demolished with all debris removed off site. Asbestos and other contaminates are known to be present and need removed in line with HSE regulations. All foundations and hardstanding's to be grubbed up to create level base for further ERC development.
