Companies with expertise in digital solutions, especially those transitioning from traditional telecommunication systems to digital technologies, would be well-suited to compete for similar contracts. With the ongoing shift to a digital-first approach in care services, there is potential for substantial growth within this sector, especially for suppliers who can demonstrate quality and cost-effectiveness.
