Notice Description
This is a Mini-Competition for the National Transport Strategy (NTS2) Delivery Plan - Impact Assessments Call-Off from the MFA for Transport and Land-Use Modelling, and Transport Appraisal and Planning (LATIS) Framework - Lot 4.The consultant is asked to complete Impact Assessments on the actions contained within the first annual National Transport Strategy Delivery Plan for 2020-2022 and the second Delivery Plan for 2022-23. This work will also involve engagement with Scottish Government and Transport Scotland policy leads and a consultation which will primarily focus on the impacts associated with the actions in the first Delivery Plan.
