This notice is being issued by Abronhill Housing Association & Hillhead Housing Association are partnering for this service. The Associations wishes to enter into a MTC Contract Agreement (MWCA) with a supplier that is suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Services as detailed below: Periodic Electrical Inspection / Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) to Comply with section 7 of BS7671:2018, IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition. The Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) will be for a period of 5 years; it will initially run for 36 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at the clients discretion. Any detail of spend estimated provided are for information only, award to the MTCA is in no way indicative, nor a guarantee, of future years spend.
Renewal: The contract will be for 3 years (36 months) with the option to extend for a maximum of 2 x single 12 month periods.
