Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications and experience: The Coordinator providing the Service must be qualified to a minimum standard of Relevant Degree / Professional Qualification including Social Work, Alcohol and Drugs or equivalent along with experience of managing a team. The Peer Practitioners providing the Service must be qualified to a minimum standard of SVQ in Health & Social Care / Alcohol and Drugs Level II, III (or HNC equivalent) along with experience of supporting people with complex needs. The Peer Navigator providing the Service must have 2 years of stability in own recovery with knowledge of methods of supporting people with problematic substance use. The Data Analyst/Business Support providing the Service must be qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics or equivalent."
