The intention is that all 13 blocks will be surveyed annually by using ultra high-resolution digital imagery (min 4K resolution), that has been gathered utilising un-manned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology covering all elevations and returns, from ground level to roof line. Additionally, we seek to have all roofs, flashings and window interfaces recorded, with a general overview taken of the roof condition in addition to all elevations.. The staff member's core skills, qualifications, accreditations, memberships of professional bodies, experience and competency should be provided. (Pass/Fail) SPD Question 4C.6.1 Bidders are required to provide details of the relevant experience; and the educational and professional qualifications held by their managerial staff.(Pass/Fail) SPD Question 4C.9 Bidders will be required to provide a list of the Unmanned Aerial Systems / equipment utilised by your organisation and reference where they will meet our minimum requirements to meet with the requirements of this tender submission, please also include any ancillary equipment that may be utilised within this information. SPD Question 4C.10 Bidders are required to provide details of the proportion of the contract that you intend to subcontract, list the workstreams that will be sub-contracted, provide details of the sub-contractors you intend to sub-contract these works to, and explain how they've been selected and how they will be managed. A separate SPD for each named subcontractor must be completed and submitted with your response. Although sub-contracting in and of itself will not be a reason for a company to fail the SPD stage, failure to provide the required information in relation to sub-contractors may result in your company being removed from the process. (Pass/Fail) SPD 4D.1 Will the bidder be able to produce certificates drawn up by independent bodies attesting that the bidder holds a UKAS (or equivalent), accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS OHSAS 45001 / 18001 (or equivalent) or have, within the last 12 months, successfully met the assessment requirements of a construction-related scheme in registered membership of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) forum. Where the preferred bidder does not hold the above accreditation, they will require to satisfy River Clyde Homes' Internal Health & Safety Team of their competence through other means prior to any contract award. (Pass / Fail) And Will the bidder be able to produce certificates drawn up by independent bodies attesting that the bidder holds a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), or a documented policy regarding quality management. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work to be undertaken and set out responsibilities for quality management throughout the organisation.(Pass / Fail)"
