Notice Description
The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a property consultant to provide property acquisition services to Scottish Enterprise in relation to the potential purchase of a scrap yard premises on the Broomielaw, Glasgow. The services will also encompass property marketing and disposal advice in relation to SE's existing assets on the Broomielaw in addition to providing input to the Broomielaw Masterplan project as required. It is anticipated that the contract will start September 2021 and is anticipated to end in August 2024, although SE will retain the option of extension of up to an additional 24 months. Full details of the requirements can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Lot 1
The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a property consultant to provide property acquisition services to Scottish Enterprise in relation to the potential purchase of a scrap yard premises on the Broomielaw, Glasgow. The services will also encompass property marketing and disposal advice in relation to SE's existing assets on the Broomielaw in addition to providing input to the Broomielaw Masterplan project as required. It is anticipated that the contract will start September 2021 and is anticipated to end in August 2024, although SE will retain the option of extension of up to an additional 24 months. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
