To undertake water hygiene remedial works identified through Water Risk Assessments (WRAs) in premises owned and managed in Edinburgh and Fife by Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA). The contract period is for a 31-month period starting on 1/9/21 and finishing on 31/3/24. There is an option to extend the contract by an extra 24 months in 12-month intervals.

Renewal: The contract period is for a 31 month period starting on 1/9/21 and finishing on 31/3/24. There will be the option to extend the contract through two periods of 12 months. The extension of the contract will be at the discretion of VHA Senior Team.
