River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Roof Replacement, Render Renewal & Cavity Wall Insulation Works to an initial 49 properties within the Inverclyde area. The works require to be successfully completed in their entirety by 28th February 2022 at the latest. Only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a bid.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
