The University is conducting a min-competition under the Construction Consultants Framework Agreement (UOS-8449-2016).The University is appointing a Design Team to deliver the replacement HVAC infrastructure and automatic controls serving the BPU.The Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will be appointed as the Lead Consultant, supported by the following appointments made by the University:* Project Manager* Cost Consultant* Structural Engineer* ArchitectThe Mechanical & Engineer Consultancy will be appointed as Principal Designer and deliver the necessary duties.To create an electronic response go to the following link https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/supplier/postbox/ResponseWorkspace.aspxThe buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
