The University requires that this service be tendered for based on a single staff member on shift with break periods agreed, provided and covered by RGU operatives. Staff are required to carry out continuous exterior patrols around the perimeter of the building, completing a visual inspection of the building externals and associated walkways and access points. We require patrols to specifically observe and monitor the exterior of the building and areas immediately adjacent to the building. TUPE 2006 Regulations may apply to this Contract.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.",
