Notice Description
The Employer seeks to appoint a competent and suitably qualified Contractor to deliver a portion of their Area Based Schemes (ABS) programme to households throughout the Renfrewshire area in line with the Scottish Government Guidance on Scheme Design and Delivery.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The successful Tenderer will be allocated Scottish Government funding, secured by the Employer, to spend on Energy Efficiency Improvement measures for eligible privately owned properties in Renfrewshire. Note that this will not include privately owned properties within mixed tenure blocks
Renewal: Option to extend a further 6 months to December 2022 subject to funding and approval from the Scottish Government.
