River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake lift upgrading works to both the odd and even lifts situated at Prospecthill Court in Greenock, PA15 4ES. A detailed specification is provided. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: Although this tender will be evaluated solely on the basis of the upgrading works required at Prospecthill Court, bidders are also requested within the pricing schedule to provide indicative costs for upgrading both lifts at two other addresses, Broomhill Court and Whinhill Court. If River Clyde Homes decide to go ahead with the works on these additional 4 lifts, this will be discussed and agreed with the successful bidder, and they may be asked to complete these additional works as part of this commission.
