River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake Electric Heating Upgrading Works at Rowan Court, Thistle Court and Heather Court in Port Glasgow (162 flats in total). River Clyde homes welcome bids from companies who have access to the relevant eco funding streams, which have the potential to reduce the costs to River Clyde Homes substantially. The scope of works includes the removal of the existing old storage heaters within each high rise property and the installation of new energy efficient storage heaters in their place. A detailed specification of the works required is attached at Appendix F. Each individual block contains 54 flats, comprising of 27 One Bedroom flats & 27 Two bedroom flats.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
