Building on the work currently being carried out in a discovery and engagement phase for this project, the successful supplier will:* Develop a Leadership Success Profile for the Board CE role taking into account the insights and data from the discovery and engagement phase.* Continue to engage with senior leaders, stakeholders and other appropriate groups within wider public services to carry out robust user testing to support the development of the Leadership Success Profile.* Engage with senior stakeholders within SG and NHS build buy in to the Leadership Success Profile and ensure its success.* Produce a final report with recommendations for implementation of the Leadership Success Profile.
