Crown Estate Scotland has the following communication objectives to address: - Increase name recognition for Crown Estate Scotland - Increase awareness of what we do, how we do it, and the benefits delivered to Scotland. - Increased recognition of our people-centered, partnership-based approach Crown Estate Scotland needs the services of a consultant or agency to advise on: - How it can best use digital tools to help achieve these objectives - What kinds of content are most effective for awareness raising - A robust approach to monitoring and evaluation which, where possible, tracks the outcomes of digital activity in addition to the initial reach / engagement of activity - How any recommendations related to the above could be scaled to fit different levels of resource.
Options: The contract will run for an initial three months from the date of signing the agreement, with the option to extend for up nine months at the sole discretion of Crown Estate Scotland and subject to satisfactory performance, available funding and strategic fit with the priorities of Crown Estate Scotland.
