PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CALL OFF OF A FRAMEWORK. IT IS NOT A FURTHER COMPETITION. The Army 2020 Reserve Structure and Basing Changes report (FR2020) announced on 3rd July 2013, directed 154 Regt RLC to remain in Dunfermline and to raise an additional Task Squadron in the same location. It also announced the move of 51x from their current accommodation within the Meadowforth site in Stirling to Redford Barracks in Edinburgh. The original date was by September 2014. As a result of a Change Proposal (CP) endorsed by Commander Land Forces (CLF) in August 2014, RHQ and 527 (HQ) Sqn elements of 154 (Scottish) Regiment Royal Logistics Corps (RLC) were to move to Stirling and 239 (Fife) Sqn were to remain in Dunfermline.
