Lot 2 - Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement
Renewal: The Measured Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) will be for a maximum period of 5 years; it will initially run for 1 single year and then will have the option to extend for a further 4 x single 12 month periods at Clydesdale Housing Associations discretion to have a phased approach to deliver each years programme.
