The aims of the contract are: 1) To produce an analysis of the economic, cultural and social value of the Scottish snowsports sector 2) To understand the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the snowsports sector 3) To project the long-term sustainability of the snowsports sector 4) To recommend how the sector may be strengthened. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
