East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to undertake the design and installation of energy efficiency improvement works at various addresses within the East Renfrewshire geographical area. The works to be carried out by the successful bidder include re-roofing and external wall insulation of existing Local Authority properties and mixed tenure blocks. Typical property types include semi-detached, mid-terrace, four-in-a block and tenements. Bidders should refer to the address list within the general attachments area of the PCS-Tender site. This is a route 2 works procurement exercise This project is part of Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland (HEEPS). Quality weighting above are sub weightings the total quality weighting is 40 %
