A similar package of work was undertaken for 28-30 Roseangle in 2017 which resolved surface water drainage issues in those properties. The contract start is estimated in December 2021/January 2022 and to be completed by end June 2022. The anticipated budget for this contract is between GBP45,000 - GBP63,000 (excl VAT).
