Notice Description
CPI has an requirement to establish a multi supplier framework for the provision of Procurement support services for CPI's in house Procurement department to assist with conducting tender and other related procurement exercises to acquire a range of goods, works and services in an efficient and timely manner, in a way that maximises value for money and ensures compliance in line with public procurement legislation and any related grant funding procurement protocols. Lot Information
Construction Procurement Support
Lot 1 is to establish Procurement resourcing support Construction programmes, refurbishment programmes or similar as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
Pharma/GMP Procurement SupportLot 2 is to establish Procurement resourcing support Pharma/GMP projects, Feed/Good projects, Heathcare projects or similar as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
IT Software and Services Procurement SupportLot 3 is to establish Procurement resourcing support IT Software and Services or similar as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
Core Procurement SupportLot 4 is to establish Procurement resourcing support for core procurement activities, such as Corporate Travel, Insurance, Legal, Administrative services and Marketing services or similar as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
Transactional Procurement SupportLot 5 is to establish Procurement resourcing for support of transactional requirements or similar as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework to assist with order placement, processing and sourcing activities.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
Procurement Systems SupportLot 6 is to establish Procurement resourcing support of Procurement Systems programmes as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework to assist with system updates, amendments and similar programmes of work.
Renewal: (24 + 12 + 12 months periods) 24 months initial duration with two additional 12 months period extension options at the discretion of the Authority.
Procurement Process SupportLot 7 is to establish Procurement resourcing support for Procurement process updates, amendments and similar programmes as and when required by CPI throughout the duration of the framework.
