The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission a literature review looking at Debrief and Lessons methodologies used by the Resilience community and emergency responders in the Civil Contingencies space. This will help ensure we are providing Category 1 and 2 responders with the necessary support in order for them to meet their obligations set out in the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Contingency Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2005.
