Notice Description
Police Scotland is required to ensure that we comply with, and ideally exceed, the conditions and recommendations laid out in the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality duty which came into force on 5th April 2011.We should strive to attract good people into policing, develop and retain them and enable and empower them to deliver a quality, modern national service. As part of this requirement, every 4 years we publish and report on our equality outcomes.The Scottish Police Authority (herein referred to as the SPA) have a requirement for external support to carry out research on our behalf and will be required to conduct research, assess findings and create organisational strategy to address findings.
