It is envisaged that this contract will commence on the early February 2022, for a period of 18 months.

Scottish Enterprise is looking to appoint a single supplier to deliver activity as a "Cluster Builder" to establish routes of communication and collaboration between SMEs in the Decarbonisation Heat sector; support SMEs by making connections with potential partners and signposting opportunities in the sector. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
