Notice Description
The Scottish Land Commission is looking to appoint a contractor to inform, facilitate and support an organisational development programme to create an organisation of shared purpose, responsibility and leadership. The programme is to outline the priorities and steps we need to take to get there and implement delivery. This will initially be delivered over an eighteen month period. The contractor will provide the additional capacity and specialist expertise necessary to deliver the programme and shape our culture.
