This invitation to tender is for the appointment of an Consultant Architect. Following a successful bid to the 'UK Community Renewal Fund' Tarbert Harbour is now looking to put together a team of experienced advisors and consultants that can provide the breadth and depth of skills and experience required to complete feasibility studies, civil concept and design plans, marine engineering design plans, business plans, investment cases and planning applications. These will form the prelude to a project to transform and regenerate Tarbert, Argyll and Bute. The completed suite of documents will form part of the Harbour's submission to the 'UK Shared Prosperity Fund' when in launches in 2022.. Tarbert (Loch Fyne) Harbour Authority (THA) is a not-for-profit Trust Port, established in 1912 and recognised as a social enterprise. It is an independent statutory body governed by its own legislation and guided by Government Code of Practice. The Authority works closely with the local community, providing benefits for its stakeholders through improving the leisure facilities and amenities.
