The works comprise;- All works necessary for the Design and Construction and reusing of Council owned Modular buildings as Described in the Employers Requirements including obtaining necessary building permissions, all necessary preparatory works, foundations, trenching, services connections and design certification/calculations for future use by the Employer. All works necessary to deliver the complete building.. The duration above is the construction phase only. The tender documents provide more information around the duration of the contract including the design phase.
