River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Ad-hoc Dry Rot Surveys / Remedial Works. The works shall comprise of all aspects of rot work remediation. This will include surveys, treatment, and all associated trades to rectify same (joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builder works). The works will be undertaken in residential properties of varying tenure including void properties, e.g. sheltered, general needs, shared ownership; together with works to the Association's own offices, commercial properties and lock up garages Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderer.

A separate SPD for each such subcontractors must be completed. Although sub-contracting in and of itself will not be a reason for a company to fail the SPD stage, failure to provide the required information in relation to sub-contractors may result in your company being removed from the process.
