                    "rationale": "Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Business Gateway provides free business support to Scottish businesses delivered by Scottish LAs and funded by Scottish Government. The Business Gateway National Unit has procured the services of a consultant to undertake a service design process. The consultation is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of March 2022 and is expected to lead to a redesign of the existing services. It does not make economic sense to change the contractor while this process is ongoing given that this would involve duplication of costs in replicating existing services that will then need to be redesigned or replaced when the review process is completed. It is also difficult at this time to specify the services that will be required post review with any certainty. It is the intention of Dundee City Council to tender for Business Gateway Services for the Tayside area as soon as the redesign of services resulting from the consultation process is specified."
