The Council require to appoint a suitable contractor for the upgrading of a traction passenger lift along with associated builders and electrical works at Parker Place Sheltered Housing. The works are required as the current lift in the building is coming to the end of its useful life and has been identified as needing upgraded to improve functionality, meet new regulatory standards, and improve the lifts life expectancy.
