Scottish Government wish to commission an independent consultant to undertake structured engagement with a targeted selection of Energy-Intensive Industry (EII) businesses, Scottish Government officials and enterprise agency partners in order to inform the design and delivery of a Net Zero Transition Managers pilot programme for delivery during 2022.Bidders are asked to download the additional documentation provided on PCS.Bidders must return the following schedules within the ITT:- Schedule 3A - Technical Award Criteria (Separate document uploaded to PCS)- Schedule 3B - Data Protection and Information Security (Separate document uploaded to PCS)- Schedule 4 - Pricing Schedule (Included in ITT)- Schedule 5 - Form of Tender (Included in ITT)Any questions must be submitted by 12 noon on Wednesday 5 January 2022.**Please note that SG will not respond to any questions before this deadline due to Christmas holidays.**
