The Cafe/Bistro is an integral part of the overall day to day service delivered within Clydebank Leisure Centre. In addition to the Cafe/Bistro service it is expected that the contractor will provide the Vending service, Birthday Party and Hospitality packages.

WDLT are tendering for the provision of a Cafe/Bistro service. The Cafe/Bistro is an integral part of the overall day to day service delivered within Clydebank Leisure Centre. In addition to the Cafe/Bistro service it is expected that the contractor will provide the Vending service, Birthday Party and Hospitality packages. WDLT's primary objective in this tender process is the achievement of a quality service delivery and the creation of an environment which is safe, clean, aesthetically pleasing and can provide a healthy menu in line with the centre's target markets. WDLT is committed to promoting choice in encouraging healthy living by its customers and the local community. The contractors menu will require reflecting this ethos through the range of food on offer to customers. It is anticipated that a range of filled rolls, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, baked potatoes etc. will be on offer and complemented by a range of quality hot and cold drinks. In addition a range of vegetarian and vegan food should be offered and consideration of halal and kosher food options provided if required. No deep frying facilities will be accepted within the food preparation area in line with this ethos. A vending service to provide customers with a range of hot and cold drinks and snack options is also required.
