East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for a work contract for the refurbishment and alterations to Eastwood High School Changing Village. The works include refurbishment of existing pupil changing village, upgrading staff facilities and poolside repairs. Summary of proposed works: 1. Alterations to Pool changing areas, staffroom and staff dry-side changing. 2. Draining of pool to allow for safe execution of the works. 3. Repair works required/ caused by draining of pool & lining of pool hall walls. 4. Refilling of pool and water analysis prior to handover.. The Estimated value of this contract plus VAT is 720000 GBP Quality weighting above are sub weights . Total quality weighting is 30 %
