Key Holding Services
Notice Description
We require a contractor to undertake Key Holding Services for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. RCH require 24/7 service availability throughout the year. The Key Holding Service will be informed by an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) of any alarm activations and must be capable of attending the site within 20 minutes of the call being received from the ARC. The Key Holding Service will be required to reset the Fire Alarm, following clearance from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Lot 1
River Clyde Homes is a forward thinking 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. We require a contractor to undertake Key Holding Services for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. RCH require 24/7 service availability throughout the year.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial one year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further three twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
