Notice Description
We require a contractor to supply and install white goods, and supply and deliver home furnishings to properties located within Inverclyde that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes.
Lot Information
Lot 1
River Clyde Homes require to procure the services of an experienced and competent contractor to undertake the supply of both soft and hard home furnishings, including the supply and installation of white goods. A list of all home-furnishing items required, alongside a technical specification for each individual item, is provided within the Pricing Schedule attached at Appendix C. Only items that meet the minimum acceptable standards should be proposed within your tender response. Timescales - White goods require to be supplied and installed within 2 working days of an instruction from RCH. - All other furnishings must be supplied and delivered within 2 working days of an instruction from RCH. Only bidders who can meet these timescales should submit a bid. This contract will run for an initial two year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
