Notice Description

Aberdeenshire Council require competitive tenders of suitably qualified contractors to complete the Housing Repairs - Plumber and Wet Heating Systems. Plumbing Repairs to housing properties in the ownership of Aberdeenshire Council including flats within sheltered and very sheltered units, extra care units, hostels, women's refuges, shared accommodation. LOT area 2

Renewal: The Contract which may flow from this ITT shall be for a duration of 2 years. The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further 2 periods of 12 months each after the expiry of the term.
