Tiree Community Development Trust appoints architectural led design teams as part of a Framework relating to their capital projects.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The commission has allowed the setting up of a framework of three suitably qualified design teams from which the Tiree Community Development Trust, and any other participating Island Trust, can make appointments on to approval capital projects, either by direct appointment from the framework or by conducting mini-competitions across all three selected design teams.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any situations referred to in Regulation 58 of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Tiree Community Development Trust reserves the right to re-tender for these services upon termination of the contract or at the end of the contract period, including any extension period.
