Options: The total committed cost under this contract for confirmed 22/23 Estates capital works projects is 192,615.50 GBP (excluding VAT). The contract will also contain the ability on an optional basis to source additional Estates support services if required for unconfirmed 22/23 projects up to a total contract value of 998,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT) during the term of the contract. This option will be held solely by the Scottish Police Authority and is intended to provide flexibility and scalability during 22/23. This element will be subject to budget availability should the requirement arise within the contract and contract spend will be monitored by Procurement to ensure any additional spend is within these maximum parameters identified. The tendered contract rates achieved apply to this option.
