Lot Information

Stock Condition Surveys and Lifecyle Costings 2022 Lot 1

Lot 1 North Albyn Housing Society manages in excess of 3,500 properties across the Highlands of Scotland. The appointment of an RICS accredited consultant surveyor is required to conduct a stock condition survey of some 950 properties in order to assess condition and future liabilities. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 North - circa 450 properties; and Lot 2 South - circa 500 properties. The survey is required to assist in strategic asset management, investment planning, budgeting for current and anticipated regulatory requirements and future portfolio planning.
