    "description": "This is a follow on notice to the previously advertised Aberdeenshire Council - Hard FM: Lifecycle Component Replacement Projects Framework. As this is a DPS style of framework suppliers can apply to join at any time. Suppliers who applied, and were awarded onto the framework via the original advert are not required to reapply as they will already be registered. This advert is to reopen the opportunity and invite suppliers to apply to join at any time. When undertaking a mini competition for the award of individual work packages under this framework, Aberdeenshire Council will invite all those on the Framework at that moment in time to participate. NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=684949. The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason: The individual call offs will be vastly reduced from this figure and will be targeted across the local market anyway so to apply such a clause may be detrimental to what we're trying to actually achieve. Community benefits are included in this requirement.
