Construction of high flow channel and infilling of existing scour pool. Reach 3A channel Improvements including pools riffles and flood plain construction optional works The form of contract for the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract June 2017

Lot 1

The provision of river restoration works and landscaping including construction of new river channel infill of old river channel and associated landscaping. The Works will include Reach 2 Channel realignment and flood plain construction Reach 3 b Weir Removal and channel regrading. Also channel improvements including pools riffles. Construction of high flow channel and infilling of existing scour pool. Reach 3A channel Improvements including pools riffles and flood plain construction optional works. Quality weighting above are sub weighting and the overall weighting for quality is 40. As per the procurement regulations from 1 January 2022 there is a need to include VAT where applicable when calculating the estimated value of contracts please refer to tender information pack on PCSt for all values including and excluding VAT
