Possibility to consider advancements in transportation /logistical technology Stage 2 of research Once geographical focus is known, for these markets carry out in-depth research to understand. Primary focus of sales; wholesale, food service, retail etc. Sales dynamics and price points. Competitive landscape review of competing products (local New Zealand, argentine Red Shrimp etc), understand their supply capacity, where they are sold as well as their product strengths and weaknesses (colour is one part of this piece) and stock trends.Ways of doing business e.g. cultural differences to what the UK is used to.
